I’m here to help you reach your goals. I can show you the best tools and classes to take. I‘m able to work with you, to keep you on track and motivated. No fancy jargon, no unrealistic goals, just straight talking support and training, healthy approaches and enjoyable methods.
I started my fitness career with my level 2 Exercise to Music in 2015. Since then, I gained Advanced Les Mils Body Pump and Body Balance certifications, Pop Pilates accreditation, Clubbercise certificates including Clubbercise Under 11's, Under 16's and Family Clubbercise.
When I'm not working, I'll be found with my girls - a 5 year old and my new baby! I'm often out walking and running with my dog or giving it my best shot at Crossfit! During autumn 2022, I managed to run 3 half marathons, learn how to rope climb, increase many PB's lifting weight, whilst smiling and remaining relatively injury free! Those are now my 2024 fitness goals, should my older, postnatal body allow!
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, by making it fun, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
